How to Detect Bad Sectors Harddisk On Linux

hello Big Grin our forum has been up .. ok now i will share how to detect / scan bad sectors Harddisk on Linux, its so simple usage .. because this applications is running with GUI .. oke lets open your terminal and install synaptic

Code:
apt-get install synaptic

what next?? please open your synaptic at System > Administration > Synaptic , if your synaptic already running .. please write Disk Utility , check this image

oke after you install Disk Utility .. please open at System > Administration > Disk Utility

I have 5 Partitions on my Harddisk , and now please select your partitions for check badsector .. and click SMART DATA . .

after that .. your Disk Utility will scan your harddisk and give your report like this image
